European Mobility Alumni Network aims at supporting the
valuable European networks that are formed during mobility actions such as Study
Visits or Comenius and Grundtvig In-service training. These small or big
networks could serve as a platform for continuing discussions between individuals
and institutions throughout Europe.
As a participant you are one of the potential members in a future network. By attending
a training or study visit you will gain valuable experience but, as important, you will
meet fellow European colleagues with similar concerns and interests.
As a training or study visit provider you have a key role in creating the best climate
for future networks. By doing so you will strengthen the impact of the activity and
hopefully get valuable feed back for your further development.
As a national agency you can encourage the notion of networking by collecting
and sharing information.
Whoever you are you will find here guidelines, links, examples etc that will help you consider the "before,
during and after" phases of a training experience or study visit abroad. You will be introduced to the type
of preparation, interaction and benefit that these phases represent and witness how each element is an essential
stepping stone towards a successful European network.
