After the training or study visit
Organizing follow-up activities for participants in mobility actions is not always within the capacity of most National Agencies. On the other hand, merely keeping in contact can play an important role in stimulating European networks. This could include a vast range of activities from confirming the approval of the final report to organizing homecoming seminars for former participants.
The participants’ final reports are usually sent in short after the study visit or training. That will not always allow an accurate assessment of network activities and exchange between former participants. Therefore you may consider sending a letter to former participants asking them to write an article focusing on their experience and outcomes of networking. Providers and future participants could be inspired by publishing these examples of best practice on your web site, through the official NA newsletter or other channels of dissemination.
