After the training or study visit

Once back home in your daily work the motivation to cooperate may tend to decrease. Now is the time to disseminate your experience and look into how a common purpose might be best translated into concrete activities in your own working environment.

From this moment onwards a crucial aspect of the network will be planning on interaction. To keep in touch there will be a need for constant action both ways. In order that there is an even distribution of the workload there must be fair giving and taking between all partners involved so each player is in a position to contribute and benefit from the network he has chosen to engage in.
