Sharing experience

Provide the participants with short minutes of the activity, and remind them of the importance of sending their summaries/reports. Encourage them to stay in contact.

Read the comments and reports from the participants. If agreed upon, edit the summaries into a final report. Publish the report on the web site.

Encourage the participants to share their experiences on how they have benefited from the activity. Collect "best practices" and publish them on the web site to encourage further participants.
