The provider is the main responsible of carrying out the study visit or training by setting the topic and day by day program as well as strengthening informal exchange among participants. Nevertheless the outcome will also depend on your active participation. Working on the views and suggestions that have been collected “on the spot” with your foreign colleagues is a crucial step towards the amount of information and ideas you will be able to take back home with you.
