Getting to know each other

When the final list of participants is ready, it should be published on the web site. Opening a chat room on the web site could mark the starting point for a conversation between the participants and for them to get to know each other.

Ask for information about the participants which may be relevant for the theme of the training/study visit, their professional background and interests.

Be part of the conversation. Give feedback on their expectations. Place the idea of the training or study visit as a good place for establishing networks and encourage constructive ideas.

If necessary, the program of the training or visit could be updated after receiving the participants’ expectations.
