Testing the network tools

The participants should be provided with adequate information about the tools used for communicating. If necessary, they should also be provided with instructions on how to use them.

Make sure that all participants are familiar with the tool which will be used for further communication. Provide the necessary training.

Internet access should be available during the course or study visit. This will allow the participants to test and/or start forums, chats etc.
